A cerimônia do Grammy 2023 iniciou na noite deste domingo (5) e seguiu durante a madrugada desta segunda-feira (6) em Los Angeles, nos Estados Unidos.
Um dos destaques da noite contou com a cantora Beyoncé, que começou a noite levando os Grammys de Melhor Gravação Dance/Eletrônica com "Break my Soul" e Melhor Performance R&B Tradicional com "Plastic off The Sofa". Dessa forma, ela completa, ao todo, 30 Grammys na carreira. Mas, a cantora foi superada na premiação mais importante da noite por Harry Styles que ficou com a estatueta de "Álbum do Ano".

Viola Davis foi vencedora na categoria Audiobooks, tornando-se a terceira mulher negra a conquistar o EGOT — premiada com o Emmy, Grammy, Oscar e Tony Awards.
Uma das cotadas à favoritas, por especialistas, Anitta não trouxe a estatueta de Artista Revelação e a premiação ficou com a americana Samara Joy, que também ganhou a categoria Melhor Álbum de Jazz Vocal com "Lingher Awhile".
Lizzo foi a vencedora da disputa pela Melhor Gravação do Ano, com "About Damn Time", Rosalía desbancou nomes como Fito Paez e Jorge Drexler. O grupo musical brasileiro Boca Livre foi o campeão na categoria Melhor Álbum Latino, com "Pasieros".
Nas performances, Kendrick Lamar ganhou Melhor no Rap com "The Heart Part 5"; Ozzy Osbourne na categoria heavy metal, com "Degredation Rules"; Wet Leg foi o Melhor no gênero alternativo, enquanto "Muni Long" de Hrs & Hrs foi a melhor no gênero R&B.
